WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES Chigirl Mall ACCEPT?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We do our best to process and ship your items out as quick as possible. Please be advised, changes cannot be guaranteed. It is possible to change your order, but please do so by calling our customer support as soon as possible. No more than 2 hrs after placing your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they're placed. Our teams work diligently in processing orders as soon as they are received.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track the progress of your order by logging into your Chigirl Mall account. We send order confirmations, as well as shipping confirmations through email. Be sure to check your inbox for these notifications.
DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental US during sales and promotions only. We also offer several expedited shipping options, at an additional cost. Please refer to our Shipping Policy section for more information.
